FAQ

This is an exclusives new candle system which separate the wick and the wax..

Put the wick in the holder and lay a waxball on its place and fire the wick with an lighter.

Burning time is about 120 min for the tealights and 90 min for jumbo burner.

No, the wick is a special candle wick that cannot burn. However, the wick becomes clogged with dust etc. after 300 to 500 balls, so that the paraffin is no longer fed evenly. Each pack of balls contains a replacement wick, which can then be changed.

While normal candles often do not burn completely because the wick is too thin or broken, paraffin balls burn completely. They don't produce soot, cause breathing problems and won't stain the tablecloth.
And in terms of cost, it can compete with almost any commercially available candle - regardless of its decorative value.

If a normal, conventional candle of lower quality costs 1 euro and has one to two hours of burning time, that's 12 to 24 hours of burning time - costs around 12 euros.

Compare this cost with the cost of the 100 pack of paraffin balls in our candle shop.

Remember that a ball has a burning time of 90 minutes. The package contents of 100 balls correspond to a burning time of 9000 minutes or 150 hours.
Now you have to realize that regardless of the exceptional, decorative look, you also have significant cost savings compared to a 1 euro candle.

Depending on the system and purchase price, your new candle system will pay for itself after just 100 to a maximum of 200 paraffin balls (wax balls).

Instructions for use:

1. Insert the enclosed wick into the middle of the silver wick holder up to the bottom.

2. Place the wax ball on the designated storage area.

3. Ignite the wick with a lighter so that the ball melts slightly.

The wick is incombustible and holds several hundred balls. Igniting the wick may take a little longer than with conventional candles.

A flame that is too small could indicate too much wax in the container. Then please do not add a ball for the time being or remove the ball that has been placed on it.

If the flame pattern is no longer satisfactory, the wick should be changed.
If necessary, only change the wick if the wax is liquid.
You can get new wicks from us or automatically when you purchase a refill pack with wax balls.
