Wickholder aluminium for Romantic Globe, Velantico®, Waxball®.
The wick is incombustible and holds several hundred balls.
Igniting the wick may take a little longer than with conventional candles.
A flame that is too small could indicate too much wax in the container.
Then please do not add a ball for the time being or remove the ball that has been placed on it.
If the flame pattern is no longer satisfactory, the wick should be changed.
If necessary, only change the wick if the wax is liquid.
To do this, simply plug in the old wick for 1 minute, if possible, to warm the paraffin in the pot.
A few seconds after it goes out, the wick can easily be pulled out and replaced with a new one.
You can get new wicks from us or automatically when you purchase a refill pack of wax balls.
